I founded CVM to turn more than 20 years of customer operations experience into practical tools for teams serving customers every day.
My career across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar includes leadership roles at Gargash Group, Jaidah Group, Mohammad Yousuf Naghi Group, Bakheet Group and Juma Al Majid Group. That experience shapes how CVM connects customer journeys, CRM, contact centres, data and AI.
