Operator and scope
CVM is a product brand led by Maher Mustafa, with company registration pending. This website is an invitation to discuss a service, not a completed service contract. The legal contracting party, deliverables, data processing, start date and payment terms must be confirmed in writing before payment.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Prices are in USD and exclude applicable VAT. Monthly and annual prices are shown separately. Single-site annual prices include two months free. Onboarding is $490 for one site or $1,500 for groups up to ten sites, waived on annual prepayment and included in Managed. Single sites have a 30-day subscription money-back guarantee; onboarding and usage charges are excluded. Email a refund or cancellation request to mahermustafa@cvm-me.com. No payment is taken by this website. Renewal and cancellation dates will be stated in your written order.
Availability and responsible use
The public demo uses fictional, read-only examples. It does not prove that a production messaging or voice channel is connected. Live integrations and channel approvals are confirmed before activation. You must have the authority and necessary permissions to use customer data, send messages and request reviews. Do not use the service for unsolicited healthcare promotions or to collect sensitive information through the public demo.
Founding programme and pilots
The first ten qualifying clients may receive 20% off the standard annual suite subscription for the first 24 months, with annual prepayment, a named case study and two reference calls. This is subject to a written agreement and confirmed availability. Group pilots cover three locations for 90 days at $2,500 Pro or $3,900 Managed dealer pilot, with half credited on conversion. Usage beyond allowances is charged at the rates on the pricing page, with the scope confirmed in your agreement.
