What we collect and why
If you contact us, we receive the business contact details and message you choose to send, to reply and discuss your request. Hosting providers may process request logs for security and delivery. If you opt in, Google Analytics measures page visits and selected demo or contact clicks; we do not intentionally send message contents, email addresses or customer records to Analytics.
Your choices and rights
Optional analytics is off until you accept. You can change your choice in Cookie settings. To request access, correction, export or deletion, or withdraw consent, email us. We may need proportionate identity verification before disclosing information. Do not submit sensitive information through the public demo or WhatsApp.
Retention and providers
Our proposed default for client feedback and complaint records is 12 months, adjustable by client agreement; it is not a claim that automated deletion is already configured. Website enquiries are kept only as needed for the conversation and applicable obligations; request deletion when no longer needed. Hostinger hosts this site. Email and WhatsApp communications are processed by their providers. Google Analytics, if accepted, may process data outside the UAE under its applicable terms. Client data locations and safeguards must be agreed before onboarding.
