A service customer receives a short feedback invitation after collecting the vehicle. Questions cover booking, advisor communication, waiting time and the handover experience. A low score with a comment about an unresolved fault gives the service team something specific to follow up. Management compares branches and advisors with the response counts alongside the scores.
A tyre chain can use the same approach after payment to spot repeated complaints about waiting or explanations of the work. Dealerships can run a separate sales-delivery journey. This supplements the manufacturer's programme with earlier feedback; it does not replace the OEM survey or guarantee a later score.

Review scores with response volumes and the comments behind them. Compare equivalent branches, stages and periods, then identify themes that the team can act on.
Agree which feedback needs a callback and who owns it. Where a CaseMe connection is configured, keep the response and service-recovery outcome linked to the concern.

WhatsApp AI agent · SurveyMe
Make feedback a conversation. The AI agent guides customers through the Sales or Service journey, records their ratings and asks what could be better. Your team sees the scores and the story behind them.
Use six 1–5 ratings. Sales: enquiry, test drive, reception, sales attitude, handover and follow-up. Service: booking, reception, advisor attitude, updates, repair quality and collection.
CSI = the average of the six journey ratings ÷ 5 × 100. Ask a separate 0–10 recommendation question for NPS: % promoters (9–10) minus % detractors (0–6).
Read the comment alongside the ratings in SurveyMe. Where follow-up is needed, connect the concern with a CaseMe case through the agreed workflow.
